1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you," or "your") and uw99ph Casino ("uw99ph," "we," "us," or "our"), a gambling platform operated under license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR License #2024-PH-0891). 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use uw99ph Services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You have not been previously excluded or self-excluded from gambling services;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• The payment methods you use to fund your account belong to you and are in your legal name;
• You understand the risks associated with gambling and accept responsibility for your actions.

2.2 Account Registration

Registration requires providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, mobile phone number, and government-issued identification details. You are permitted only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual, whether directly or through any other person, entity, or device, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and promptly update any changes. uw99ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, payment method ownership, and any other information necessary to verify your account at any time. Failure to provide requested verification within fourteen (14) days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for any wagers, deposits, withdrawals, or other transactions. You must immediately notify uw99ph customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Deposits and Payments

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uw99ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through InstaPay and PesoNet, and other payment methods displayed on the Website. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in deposits being returned (less processing fees) and potential account closure.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposit processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly, while bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. uw99ph does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are specified on the Website and may vary by payment method and account verification status.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on uw99ph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in another currency, the amount will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider or financial institution. uw99ph is not responsible for currency conversion rates or associated fees.

4. Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your uw99ph account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification, source of funds verification, and compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements under Philippine law. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding PHP 50,000 require enhanced verification procedures.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours, subject to verification. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days. uw99ph aims to process withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours, but reserves the right to extend this period for additional verification when necessary.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Conditions

Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by account verification level and payment method. You may only withdraw funds that have been wagered at least once (1x playthrough requirement). Deposits that have not met the minimum wagering requirement may be returned less a fifteen percent (15%) administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees

uw99ph does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a two percent (2%) processing fee, capped at PHP 500 per transaction. Your payment provider or financial institution may charge additional fees beyond uw99ph's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

uw99ph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and rewards ("Bonuses") at our discretion. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms. Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically ranging from 10x to 40x the Bonus amount) before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while using Bonus funds, and expiration periods are detailed in each promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

uw99ph operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Behavior including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonuses, coordinated play with other users, or any other actions deemed by uw99ph to constitute bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of Bonuses, associated winnings, and potential account closure. uw99ph reserves the right to void Bonuses and winnings in cases of suspected abuse without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. uw99ph is not liable for errors in bet selection made by the Player. In the event of obvious errors (including but not limited to incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or technical glitches), uw99ph reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on uw99ph use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories including iTech Labs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game and represent long-term statistical outcomes. Actual results in individual gaming sessions may vary significantly from published RTP.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or software designed to manipulate or interfere with uw99ph Services;
• Collusion with other players or employees to gain unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities;

Breach of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the uw99ph Website and Services, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, game interfaces, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to uw99ph and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of uw99ph intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, uw99ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to losses resulting from system outages, errors, unauthorized access, delayed payments, or gambling losses.

uw99ph provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure continuous operation, we do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. uw99ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory compliance without liability.

10. Termination and Account Closure

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your uw99ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to these Terms. Accounts with outstanding wagering requirements or active investigations may not be closed until resolved.

10.2 Termination by uw99ph

uw99ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or otherwise acted contrary to uw99ph's legitimate business interests. Upon termination by uw99ph, all Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money balances not derived from prohibited activity will be returned after deduction of applicable fees and charges.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of uw99ph Services shall first be submitted to uw99ph customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

Both parties agree to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action. For disputes not resolved through PAGCOR mechanisms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts located in Metro Manila.

12. Amendments to Terms

uw99ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email, Website notification, or in-app alert. Continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms indicates the most recent revision.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

13.2 Waiver

Failure by uw99ph to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of uw99ph.

13.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without uw99ph's prior written consent. uw99ph may freely assign or transfer these Terms and all rights and obligations to any affiliated entity or third party without notice or consent.

13.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and uw99ph concerning your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
